Excellent service, mon frigidaire ne faisait plus de froid, j’ai contacté à 8h30 le matin, j’ai eu une réponse 45 min plus tard de M. Pelletier qui a vérifié s’il avait les pièces en mains, à 11h il était chez nous, à 11h30 il avait trouvé le problème, fait une estimation et la réparation fait avec professionnalisme. M. Pelletier va vous expliquer ce qu’il a fait et quoi faire par la suite pour terminer la réparation, car dans notre cas nous devions attendre 24 heures que le frigo soit complètement dégelé dans la partie congélateur avant de le repartir. Je l’ai reparti ce midi et tout fonctionne parfaitement maintenant Merci pour votre rapidité c’est grandement apprécié, je vous recommande sans hésitation.

Du début à la fin du service obtenu par M. Pelletier, tout a été parfait, M. Pelletier aurait été un bon professeur car il explique très bien chaque détail important. Sentiment de sécurité et de confiance. Mention 5 étoiles.

Excellent service, courtois et travail impeccable, par contre, un peu longs 9-10 jours d’attente avant la réparation du lave linge et suis seul, imaginer si vous êtes 4.

J'ai aimé votre service honnête mais ne recommander plus Québec Électroménagers. Il est baveux dans son entrepôt, vient livrer mais ne veux pas aider pour les portes, bougonne, dit qu'Il est pressé et quand il se blesse il laisse tomber les électro, les laisse dehors et part en tirant son diable dans son camion. Vraiment pas une belle expérience.

Je recommande à 100%. Service rapide, prix très abordables! Il est venu chez moi réparer des electros à quelques reprises et chaque fois, il offre une excellent service et règle le problème.

Nous avons eu notre frigo qui ne refroidissait plus. Le frigo a été réparer la journée même de mon apelle et il fonctionne à merveille maintenant. Je recommande!
