I've been a customer there since the 90s, and the reps working at the parts counter have always been top-notch. Service is always good . A few weeks ago, I needed exhaust parts to fit my vehicle, and there were none to be found in the city. I had to build my own from bits and pieces. I came here with my problem, and 2 employees took the time to search through the bit of pipes they had. Between the 3 of us, we came up with the parts I needed, and I now have a self made pipe from bit and pieces found at Auto value. That's what service brings you when you shop there for anything automotive and then some.

Called to check on parts. Phone answered right away and told me they were in stock. Went and paid for items and was given a good Military Discount. Claud knows his stuff and what a pleasure dealing with him compared to another business I called. Thanks Claud Auto Machinery is lucky to have you on their staff working the front lines. Price was lower than any place else I checked.

Not only were the staff friendly, helpful , and quick the customers were very courteous holding doors and also very friendly. I felt very much like I was home. I was able to get the right parts for my vehicle without having to take anything back for not fitting. Thanks for a great experience I will definitely be coming back.
