I have to be involved with a group neighbor’s retaining wall project due to a work order from the city. None of the neighbor members involved are experts in retaining wall construction. The lawyer representing the group of neighbors had prepared the contract but the content of the contract did not clearly reflect the neighbors’ mutual verbal agreement and understanding despite the fact I kept insisting the contract wording was wrong. I was in a rush to look for a lawyer for independent legal advice. After numerous phone calls to look for a lawyer to review the contract. I was fortunate to have Mr. Fridmar review the contract and make corrections to the contract. Mr. Fridmar patiently listened to the issues and quickly came up with corrections to the contract to properly reflect the neighbor’s verbal agreement and understanding. Mr. Fridmar is truly an expert in dealing with construction issues and I strongly recommend Mr. Fridmar’s legal services. Best of all his legal fees is very reasonable compared to all other lawyers I have talked.

I've been working with Dan and his company for the past year or so. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate law. If I ever am unsure of a legality, I always pay for a consultation with Dan to make sure I am on the right track. Some of my clients in the past have employed his services as well, and were always left impressed. I use him for all of my personal affairs, and confidently refer him to family and clients alike..
