MNP in Stratford Ontario has helped me out of tough times in so many ways... they are very friendly, helpful and compassionate. Ive struggled for years with debt... just couldn't seem to get ahead, and having debt collectors calling everyday, all day, it weighed very heavy on me. So finally after going to MNP in Stratford i finally felt there was a light at the end of tunnel. but in 2018 i was diagnosed with throat cancer, 2019 breast cancer, so again! i was lost in debt like never before. Unable to work... but MNP still worked with me, helped me through my money situation, understanding if i couldn't make a payment. its hard to explain but i never felt stressed when dealing with MNP Stratford... they just helped me through it. Now that i am at the present, cancer free, i am back to work, and i have only 1 payment left, and i am free and clear. so needless to say life is finally looking up. Being in debt and feeling hopeless is a very depressing place. and i am so thankful i went to MNP and got my life back financially.

Excellent company to deal with... they are there for all your needs no matter what and great customer service and knowledge in what you are looking for.

I was barely able to keep up with minimum payments and constantly worried about falling behind on my bills. Most of my income went to paying off credit card interest and predatory lenders. After coming to the decision that I had to urgently do something about my debt, I called Welker and Associates in Stratford and met with Sue Jung. It has been the best decision I have made financially. Sue was professional, courteous and understanding. She was able to break down and explain the vicious cycle of debt most people find themselves in. She was thorough in explaining the differences between a consumer proposal and a bankruptcy, and how choosing either avenue will affect my financial health today and tomorrow. Keeping both my current circumstances and future well being in mind, she was able to help me make an informed decision about tackling my debt. Sue was objective, but at the same time sympathetic, and her genuine interest in helping me live debt free and lead a happier life was reassuring. She guided me through all of the steps of a proposal, appointment by appointment, without missing a beat. I was fearful of calling a debt counselor at first because I thought the whole process and the red tape around it would be daunting and timely, but that was not the case at all. My first appointment with Sue was a free lengthy consultation, where she was able to review my debts and inform me about the options available. Having decided which avenue I wanted to travel, I signed all of the documents in our second appointment and have not worried about creditors harassing me.

I was in a financial situation that looked hopeless. Sue was very compassionate and professional in regards to my situation. I would highly recommend Welker and Associates for any financial struggles that you may encounter.

Sue Jung is awsome. She took very good care of me. Quick and painless. A godsend when the creditors stopped calling. Thank you.
