Je n’ai finalement pas pris leur service car ce n’était pas approprié pour ma situation. Mais toute le processus était super! La dame au SAC sur le chat était très chaleureuse et patiente. Ensuite, Mme Daisy Bernier était très gentille et souriante, m’expliquant différentes options. Si je dois un jour avoir recours à ce genre de service j’irai les voir.

Elle a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer toutes les possibilités et surtout, tout ce que ça implique. Elle me laisse le temps d'y penser et de bien me préparer. Merci beaucoup.

C est pas trop long qu' il s occupe de vous je suis en processus mais je crois que je suis tombée sur la bonne personne très gentille et a l' écoute.
