My absolute favourite cafe. This place is a community gem of the south shore and feels like the embodiment of a warm hug. The space is airy and cozy with lots of natural light and high ceilings: a perfect place to sit down and work or have a good coffee date. But what really sets this cafe apart is how incredible everyone who works here is. The staff are so thoughtful and kind. They always check in with their customers to see how they are and always go above and beyond. The drinks and food here are equally delicious (try their ube syrup in a latte and breakfast sandwich if you want to get a taste of their specialties). They have a great assortment of Philippino inspired sandwiches, pies, and baked goods. Additionally, they are always innovating and working with the local community bringing in pop ups and different Philippino foods to try, supporting other local businesses and uplifting others (keep an eye on their IG for pop ups and other community events). I’m so grateful to live near here

Fantastic coffee shop. If you like great coffee, you’ll love it. Their espresso is definitely the best I’ve had from any coffee place in the south shore. The ambiance is great. Welcoming and bright, though quirky and clearly decorated by a Star Wars nerd. Service is top tier. The cashier was helpful and welcoming, and the barista brings your food to your table. About the food. Gaddam. Walks the line between standard caffé choices and “exotic” perfectly. Try their longaniza sandwich if you have the chance. All that being said, service takes the time it takes. It’s slow, so don’t come here for your daily cup of coffee on your way to work.

Café Kuya is always a go-to place for coffee dates with friends, a small date with the fiancé, etc. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food are always so good! We love the syrups that we can add to our drinks (ube and pandan are both very yummy! ) The buko pie was also very good! Please note that the pictures are from a while ago, so the menu has changed, but we've still been coming back ever since then.

CAFÉ VAN HOUTTE BROSSARD REVIEWS

This is one of my favorite cafés. It's a nice place to get some work done or do some reading with a nice cup of coffee. They also have sandwiches, wraps and different pastries. There are many kinds of fruit drinks as well. The food is good and the service is always friendly. The coffee is on the softer side. I find it very pleasant and better than other more popular brands. They also have free WiFi with very good speeds. It's also a great place to go for a patio in the summer and it's very well located with many stores around and plenty of underground parking space.

Van Houtte offers a delightful escape from the everyday hustle. Their coffees are exceptional, brewed with care by the barista who really enjoy his job. Maybe that's the special ingredient. I cannot forget about their sandwiches, they're so flavourful! Don't get your hopes down by the small size of the shop, the atmosphere is pretty warm and its a perfect place to take a rest.

Bro im telling ya, this coffee shop is better than Starbucks. Their muffins make me go to heaven after I have them and their drinks cause me to get knocked out by the amazing flavour. And the staff are so nice. Especially that one dude with glasses who looks like the manager. He the real one! I would highly recommend this shop as I dream of it when I go to sleep!

Clean and organized. Order is usually correct. Fast service, nice employees. I like that the menus are large and not changing screens. We can see the fresh breads and food, which adds a lot of trust in the freshness. Nice area to eat in, spaced well for many people to fit.

I loved their coffee but mostly the bagel with butter and cheese. The bagel is cut into halves and easy to grab and eat. Service is average in the various Tim Hortons. It would be great if the service could be like Starbucks.
