STARBUCKS SAANICH REVIEWS

This Starbucks, in particular the drive through as I never go inside, consistently has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Kind, friendly, empathetic and skilled at their job workers. I often refer with my other business owner friends to "Starbucks their training model" with their employees to attempt to have workers that effective. Kudos to the hiring manager and training manager.

Everyone was very attentive product was great. We didn't know what sizes actually look like before we ordered. Maybe if there was a cup size display on something like that but it was relaxing place to have a coffee.

Nice and accomodating staff, perfect place to catch up with friends as they're not crowded, a bit slow in serving our drinks.

Stopped by for a coffee while on the way to visit some family. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks and the gluten free brownies. The staff we friendly and we had some good fun with them. We will definitely be back.

Excellent coffee drinks hot and delicious with a friendly staff. We had several breakfast offerings and every one was excellent. This is a great neighborhood place with a lovely outdoor seating area. Definitely will come back.

Love that this place has TWO bathrooms and a water fountain. I always stop by when I’m on my bike. Smoothies are great and so are their coffees!.

Best coffee in town! Staff is always so friendly and lovely! I stop there every morning before work! Their London Fogs and sandwiches always make my day.

Great place for a fresh, great tasting coffee or specialty coffee. Muffins and scones are always fresh, soft, and moist.. so good.

Best coffee and snacks in town. They roast their own coffee in a unique way and it doesn’t taste overly floral and under-roasted like other local coffee. It is very balanced. The muffins are unbeatable.
