Reasonable prices. Really knowledgeable staff, and great coffee. I really like their surprise me idea and the place is great for any coffee enthusiast or someone wanting to step up their coffee game. Their bags of coffee at the time of writing is $20 each, and I certainly will be looking to buy local from here in the near future. Staff was extremely polite and helpful despite it being my first time in a enthusiast coffee shop since getting into coffee. I left happy with my purchase and happier than when I came in. Keep up the good work.

Been once. Will definitely return when I am in Welland again. Very friendly and engaging staff. Got take out but the cafe interior seems to have a chilled vibe. Got some Cherry Bomb roasted coffee beans.... amazing.

Went here with my cousin and the staff were super sweet and fun will be going back the atmosphere and coffee were great.

Not only is this my go-to Tim’s, for before work or after work, or just when passing by, but the staff there are just fantastic too. I’d particularly like to give a shoutout to Maya! I came in today after a really busy day at work, and I had a question about one of my offers. Maya greeted me with a big and genuine smile, she was very kind, explained things well, and took my order while also handling several others tasks. Total professional! Thank you Maya for being so kind, attentive and making my Tim’s experience so awesome. You made my day.

This is my goto Tims during the day . The fulltime lady who is in window most of the time is so kind ,she is quick and always tries to get the right order to you qnd if something happenes because they are human and we all f%$k up now and then she is so quick to fix it even if it was not her problem.

The best coffee around. Finally found a place that serves FRESH coffee. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can't beat this place.

The staff is always helpful and patient when a person doesn't know what they want, I was looking to try something new, and they were great. The dining room area was neat and well kept. It gave me a very inviting atmosphere, feeling. I would recommend Starbucks in Welland to anyone. I will definitely be going back, and who knows, maybe I'll even try something else new. Thank you to the staff for making it such a memorable experience.
