To the amazing staff at Carl’s Catering, thank you so much for making our special day a success, rain or shine! We got married May 11th this year and were so happy with how our day played out. From the beginning of our venue search, The Glen had a strong appeal to us just based on the grounds, the beautiful gazebo and the treescape is a breathtaking sight. Planning everything was easy and seamless, Karen and Danita were so understanding and helpful throughout. We did get some rain on the day of, but Silvia did an absolutely fantastic job coordinating and helping make the decision to make it an indoor ceremony. Silvia, you are an absolute ROCKSTAR! You helped this anxious, clumsy and emotional bride survive and enjoy the best day of her life! Johnny and I had amazing feedback from our guests about how delicious the food was, best mashed potatoes ever and the tomato basil soup was to die for! A beautiful and memorable day that we and our family will never forget. It was everything we dreamed of and so much more! Highly recommend working with Bino and his staff to create and plan the day of your dreams.

We got married in October 2023 at Carls Catering The Glen and could not be happier with how amazing it was! The venue was beautiful, inside and out. Bino, Karen and Sylvia were incredible, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also held my bridal shower here in July 2023, which again, was great! Both events had amazing food and service. I just wanted to send over quick note of thanks to you for helping to make our Grand Opening Celebration in Vaughan such a success last night. Please pass along a big ‘thank you’ to all involved from GoodLife Fitness.

Our first contact with TK's Catering was with Ashley to arrange catering at ALDERLEA Event centre, July 30, 2023. We were planning for a three hour Open House to celebrate our mom's 100th birthday. We asked Ashley to create a menu to accommodate fifty guests. TK's offerings consisted of hot and cold items, mini sandwiches, mini wraps and pinwheels, a variety of cheeses and crackers, vegetable and fruit trays, plus several GF and Vegan choices. A delicious selection of sweets, coffee, tea and cold drinks rounded out the menu. On the day of the event, TK's crew arrived on time and together with Andrew and his ALDERLEA staff, the venue was beautifully set up for our guests. The food presentation was artfully designed to whet the appetite and many compliments were offered to TK's professionalism. All in all, the preparation with Ashley, the set up, the attention to detail during the event, and the take down by TK's staff was perfection. Our funeral refreshments were ordered from TK's Catering and we were absolutely satisfied with the quality and selection. The sandwiches were super fresh and filled generously. The fruit tray was very impressive with the usual melons and grapes but also amazingly ripe papaya and dragon fruit. The cheese tray had brie, Parmesean and the usual cheddar. Very pleased with the selection.

Ashley and the team at tk’s did such a fantastic job at our wedding. The food was great! The staff were awesome! No one was hungry at the end of the night and raved about how good the food was! I would give a 10 star if I could.
