G.B.CATERING REVIEWS

GB Catering is a group of people to work with. I have known of and worked with the team at GB Catering since 1988 as they run the food services for a summer camp I have been affiliated with during that time. While food quality is one thing that has kept them with us for the past 34 years the other is the staff. They have worked with us to develop and refine menus, they ensure their suppliers provide us what we need, they hire great staff and they have really come to understand what makes our camp (and I'm sure others) tick. To the entire GB team, I can't wait until this COVID-19 mess is over and we can share a meal again.

I work at a summer camp that has had a great business relationship with GB Catering for decades. The kitchen team is always collaborative, helping to make special evening programs even better. The kitchen is always left in impeccable shape, and the owner even comes in at the beginning and end of the season to check up on our kitchen personally. We receive great communication and recommendations when we are in need of replacing pots, pans or other equipment, and the staff interact well with our camp staff. I would (and do) recommend GB Catering to any camp or school or wedding couple needing their services.

I've worked for GB on a number of occasions and fully enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and overall made me feel like part of the team even as an occasional player.

MAIN ST. LOCAL KITCHEN REVIEWS

We had Main St Local chef cater an event at our lake house and it was an incredible experience. The food was all local & fresh from the farmers market and super tasty. The chef and server gave us extreme care and made us feel spoiled for the evening. I would absolutely recommend Main St Local and their catering services. Dietary restrictions: They took special care to adapt the meals for the guests with dietary restrictions.

Our large party of 3 tables enjoyed exceptional service from our server Micah. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their choices. The salmon and roast pork were very good and we highly recommend the coconut cream pie. Thanks for a terrific night out!

Wonderful food. I had the Brie Burger with roasted red pepper soup. It was great. The service was excellent as well. Good ambiance.

COTTAGE COUNTRY CHARCUTERIE REVIEWS

Had a delightful experience with CCC today for a work birthday snack. The presentation was absolutely stunning — you can tell a lot of care and creativity went into every detail. There was a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and other delicious bites, all thoughtfully arranged and fresh. The service was also wonderful — pleasant, quick, and super helpful with delivery. Highly recommend for any gathering or special occasion.

What a Treat. It was the Focal Point of the Snack Table. Enjoyed a Compound Board with well over 10 guests and Everyone kept Coming back to it. The Flavors proved Quality, and the Variety of Textures and Colours was Perfect. Highly Recommended for any Occasion. Must add how Impressed I was to learn that Board and utensils were both compostable. Delivery Option was Perfect for us. Thanks CCC.

Attended a wedding a few weeks ago where her wonderful boards were served. Top notch product, beautifully displayed, and was the talk of the rest of the day. Would definitely use her services for my next event.
