Chef Ralph delivered an outstanding meal to celebrate a milestone birthday. He was super busy and his van broke down but he got us our meal on time and hot. The short ribs were delicious and the jerk chicken had the right amount of spice. The side dishes were also quite fabulous. All delivered with a smile. Thank you Chef Ralph!
We had Chef Ralph and his wonderful team cater our wedding this May and from the words of our guests “wow, that was some great food”. From the unique combinations of flavours to the quality of each dish, we were blown away. Ralph was a pleasure to work with, we couldn’t recommend him and his team enough. Chef Ralph catered my big 70th birthday and WOW! in the words of myself and guests. Very generous portions, super tasty, and service. All were creatively made (nice twist on a dip and 2 salads) and presented very professionally. I'll be contracting Chef Ralph again for future events. Thank you Chef!
