HOY'S CHINESE CUISINE SIMCOE REVIEWS

Being from London were a little worried when we pulled into an almost empty parking lot at lunchtime on a Saturday but were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the young man that was running the front counter and waiting on the dine-in customers was very pleasant and polite. The prices were on par for what we expected. I definitely recommend Hoy's!

Had lunch here a few days ago. Still such delicious food! We both had combo plates which for the price you pay, you get an amazing amount of food. Always fresh and tasty. Our server Lisa was very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

My first time here and it was great. I ordered a large wonton soup and combination 1b. Great portions. The service was fast, friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would change for next time is to ask for the sweet and sour sauce on the side. I had assumed it just came like that and I was wrong. When I ate the chicken balls 30 mins later, it wasn't too soggy. Overall, great place for Chinese food!

YIN'S RESTAURANT REVIEWS

This is great Canadian chinese food. In my opinion best in the area. I've eaten here alot I've had to wait once longer than I would have liked but it was super busy. Great selection of food. Good service. A nice place to eat in large dining room. Fair pricing. I recommend the Singapore noodles.

Our waitress Darby was very pleasant and provided excellent service. The food was very good. The portions were plenty and the price was on point for what you get. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Waterford.

So far we have gotten takeout here twice and both times the food was great. I find it tough reviewing places during covid and with restrictions but nonetheless the server was helpful, the prices are reasonable and the food came fast!

Always very nice staff and the service is great. The food was great but a tad cold seeing it was lunchtime that shouldn't be happening. More attention to the temp is necessary. It's always clean and tidy. Washrooms are clean as well. Another good experience but for some odd reason it's more expensive than Yong Great Wall in Brantford.

Been there many of times,, the cook is excellent at his job. The restaurant is buffet style. It surely is a diamond for Simcoe and surrounding area.

The food is amazing!!!! If you’re looking for good diversity comfort food, come here it’s amazing! The food isn’t too greasy and the portions are good for the price. You won’t be sorry once you get their chicken balls!
