Steve is professional and thorough, much more so than any other computer repair shops I have visited in the past. He keeps you up to date with pictures and information, making sure that every step in the process is understood and mutually agreed upon. His prices are also affordable with no hidden fees. In my opinion, Steve is as honest and hardworking as they come, and St. Catharines would be much better off if more people were like him. Thank you, Steve and SLP Computer Repairs.

Steve is a genius. His attention to detail with my Surface and the detailing when it was returned made my laptop of 5 years look brand new. I would highly recommend his services.

Steve did an excellent job with two lap tops that I brought him for refurbishing. He diagnosed, cleaned and repaired them and I am happy to report they are working flawlessly. I highly recommend his services as he is professional, communicative and produces great results.

Was helped out with an issue on my laptop suspecting it was a RAM issue, Steven ran diagnostics and checked all other settings in my computer before fixing/ upgrading my RAM with the most well priced issue with a 2 year repair warranty for 2.99. i appreciate i know how everything in my computer is working in addition to the replacement and service was delivered a day before expected.

Professional and expert service. They were able to provide a quick repair at a much lower than expected cost - which saved me countless hours of business downtime.

My pc would shut off after a couple of seconds they fixed it for free all i needed to buy was a $5 fan.
