I just want to write and tell you how pleased I am with my new kitchen. The old cabinets were from the 1950’s, complete with clunky drawers and cabinet doors that would not stay closed. The remodel is just what I was hoping for, I was referred to Elite Kitchens by my cousin and she said, “Be sure to get Sabrina to work with you.” Now I know why. Sabrina is knowledgeable, personable and very patient! From the minute I walked into the showroom I knew I was in the right place. Sabrina is able to give gentle advice yet let the customer make the final decision. Her design expertise is most helpful in making the detail decisions. Her suggestions for layout and little extras, including a broom closet were most helpful. It has been my pleasure to work with her. Travis and his assistant were skilled and worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and friendly but were not averse to saying “No, that’s not part of my job.” Good people make for a good company. Throughout the usual glitches and bumps everyone at Elite was considerate and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends. I recently moved into a townhouse with a lovely kitchen but some of the cupboards were lacking shelving and accessories for efficiency. Elite Kitchens installed tray dividers, a Lazy-Susan, a magic-corner unit, a swivel garbage can and a pull-out shelf. There were a few issues I was not satisfied with once the work was done. The installer returned the next day to discuss changes. Everything now works perfectly and they did a great job creating a custom pull-out shelf that exactly answers my needs. I am now very satisfied with the work done and glad I chose Elite for the job

We have just had our kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced by Kitchen Concepts and we couldn't be more pleased.
