I would highly recommend Meadowridge Law and Rhonda Murray for any legal services you require. Recently retained her legal services and advice for Power of Attorney and a Representation Agreement for Mom. A piece of advice for everyone out there...If your parents do not have their Wills and Powers of Attorney in place, please talk to them about it and make sure they do that for themselves. Don't wait till Dementia happens only to find that they have not protected themselves. and in fact, have your own affairs in order as well in respect to Wills and Powers of Attorney. Went for affidavits for divorce. Price was less than the courthouse with a beautiful setting, kind people, even made copies for free and offered a folder to put things in. I even asked a question about the process (as we are doing it ourselves on the cheap). Super lovely experience on us and our wallets!
