Best ENT Doctors in Langley, BC

I brought my toddlers to him on two separate occasions and for two separate health issues. I’m used to rude doctors so I don’t expect much bedside manner, but my visit blew me away. He was great with children, very empathetic and patient and helped my anxious daughter find humour in putting a camera up her nose, which put her at ease and my other child begged for it too. He was extremely good at explaining what was going on in my child’s ear and what options I had to correct it. He’s very careful with health issues for children and understands how their growing bodies are affected. I felt very informed and respected. He welcomed questions with warmth. The second time, I had no appointment and he was only in the office a few hours. His receptionist without hesitation said come in and I’ll fit you and your daughter in. She was very gracious. The staff and the doctor treat people as people, not numbers. I’d highly recommend him.

I have extremely bad anxiety and even though I took an Ativan before my appointment I was still feeling very anxious and was on the verge of tears. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and sweet. My husband explained to Dr. Maharaj that I have terrible anxiety and he was very understanding and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and completely put me at ease. I am so thankful that my doctor referred me to this particular ENT.

Seldom do I leave reviews on Google, let alone for medical experiences. With that having been said, exceptions must be made when service is exceptional! I had been dealing with acute pain in the back of my mouth and was referred to Dr. Maharaj. From the moment I went into the office, I felt respected and welcomed. Charlotte, the receptionist, is probably the most exemplary epitome of customer service in human form. She is kind, personable, caring, and excellent at what she does. Dr. Maharaj is also warm, open, and knowledgeable. He operates to cure patients of their symptoms and alleviate those very symptoms until permanence is achieved. In a strange, paradoxical way, I think my life has been made better having had to deal with this condition simply because I had the opportunity to interact with these two wonderful people. So thanks Charlotte and Dr. Maharaj - you're both shining lights for the world to see!
