I found Dr. Dupuis on ratemd. I've been to many ENT's since I was 14 over tonsil issues. No doctor would remove them. As a teen, I had a specialist discover a deviated septum which kept off illness for maybe 10 yrs. He is retired now, so finding a doctor who knows my history to give me a tonsillectomy was impossible. I had no written medical history as backup and all of them refused to do adult tonsillectomy. I had confidence that she would be more open for surgery based on negative reviews complaining she was quick to offer surgery. On her initial appointment when I asked for a tonsillectomy, she was open to my suggestion and noticed my emotions taking hold when I felt a refusal was about to happen Again. Seeing my emotions being so strong a need for this, she agreed to the tonsillectomy. A few months later, I had a nasty tonsil infection with medication that was not working given by another doctor. She saw how bad my tonsils could be and agreed that the tonsillectomy surgery was definitely a good choice for me. The surgery was about 10 months later . She was professional, reassuring in a technical manner, and everything occurred without issues. She's fast to take her appointments compared to most other doctors I've seen. I'm so glad she put some trust and listened to my history instead of instantly turning me away like so many other ENT doctors did. It's almost been a year post-op. Now a throat problem is only a sore throat for a day instead of turning into a 2-3 week tonsil illness.

J'ai été opérer par Dr Dupuis pour un cancer de la George qui s'est développé rapidement. La vitesse avec laquelle elle a pris action est incroyable. Elle est compétente, efficace, ampatique, douce toujours des mots d'encouragement. Je l'adore et la recommande à 200%.

Mon fils de 4 ans qui est autiste c'est fait opérer 2 fois par Dr. Dupuis. Mon fils était malade depuis plusieurs années (nombreuses otites). Elle est douce, compréhensive et patiente avec mon fils. Elle est à l'écoute de mes inquiétudes et elle a fait un vrai miracle avec mon fils. Je l'adore.

Je suis chanceuse d'avoir eue Dr.Guertin. Il est patient, empathique, professionnel et plus que tout humain. Il ne minimise pas les craintes et les peurs. Il m'a operer avec son equipe extraordinaire, je suis encore sous ses soins. Je ne le remercierai jamais assez.

Une clinique très bien organisée, du personnel qualifié et Dr Guertin d’une très grande compétence en plus d’avoir une personnalité dynamique et fort agréable.

J’ai eu la chance d’avoir Dr Charbonneau comme mon ORL quand j’étais étudiante. Je souffrais d’otites répétées et il a mis des tubes dans mes oreilles à deux reprises. Douze ans plus tard, ma fille a maintenant la chance d’être suivie par Dr Charbonneau, qui lui a mis des tubes dans les oreilles également. Dr Charbonneau est un spécialiste hors pair, qui prend son temps avec ses patients, qui est à l’écoute et qui est une sommité dans son domaine.

J'ai rencontré le Dr. Charbonneau à l'hôpital Charle-Lemoine et j'ai tout de suite apprécié sa simplicité et son approche remplie de sympathie. Il est très rassurant et accessible. Il fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et croit au système de santé public et c'est tout à son honneur.

Dr Charbonneau est un médecin exceptionnel. Il est gentil, souriant, respectueux, professionnel, compétent, soucieux, à l’écoute. Bref c’est un médecin en or.
