We had the pleasure of working with Harpreet when closing on our first home. She was recommended to us by a local broker we were working with, and we are so thankful to have had her be a part of the journey of obtaining our first home. Harpreet was very understanding of myself living out of town and only being able to meet via zoom. She answered all our questions so patiently, and never felt out of the loop during the process of closing our home. We cannot thank Harpreet enough.

Great friendly and professionals. I was in impression that lawyers take fees just to hear you for a minute but my experience with Presse Law is opposite. Liana Presse gave me appointment, heard me and with no charges. Due to this i am sold and Liana is our closing lawyer.

We used Liana Presse as our Real Estate lawyer for the closing of our first house. She was patient, explained and answered all our questions. Her office also did a great job in getting all paper work in place on time. Shout out to Carlene Hunter for that. I'm happy with the service and the smoothness in which they help us complete the transaction. I would strongly recommend Liana and Presse Law Office.

Very friendly staff that provide great service. I needed notary service and Liana is fantastic. Charges are very reasonable.
