My opinion is divided in two... First for the submission part... We were not impressed with this part because it is online and given the high closing season, we did not have any response within a time that suited us. That's how it is nowadays, we don't blame you. We went there and despite being told that we would have a response in less than three days, it took more than a week (in the middle of summer, we understand) We agree, our project was very, very simple , a straight line with double door for 15 feet long that we installed ourselves. We just wanted to know the price and what should we buy. So for this part... It was very ordinary, not very satisfying. On the other hand, we took our chance and went to the parts counter and there it was happiness!! Pierrette was really very very kind and helpful. We loved it so much that we went back 3 times. Not because she was wrong, but because we forgot to take some things. Each time Pierrette had the same kindness and the same desire to help. We're even going to go back for another thing that we're going to add. Pierrette and her parts colleague THANK YOU! You allowed us to complete our project quickly. The price was right and the quality of the materials impeccable.

They were able to build our fence weeks earlier than originally planned. Impressed with quality and price of the job.

Impeccable service! They have plenty of inventory. I bought Diamond Lock II slats and this is the only place I would go!
