Golden Fish & Chips has the Best fish & chips !! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do and the cook and staff show me that. Explains the great food. As part of our community, be a returning customer. You will not be sorry and Golden Fish & Chips will be there serving the best fish and chips for a long time.

If i could give this 6 stars I would. The fish and chips are AMAZING, probably the best I have ever had and I come from the Maritimes where there are so many fish and chips restaurants. The service, food, location is awesome. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. All and all a delicious experience. You HAVE to try the Newfoundland fries, totally worth it.

This is by far the best fish and chip I ever had. All the fish gets battered right before cooking and the fries are cooked to perfection. The fish Comes out of the fryer with a light and fluffy golden batter. ( The best) If you enjoy fish and Chips I would definitely take a drive to Georgetown to enjoy this amazing little Gem.. I will add pictures next time I go.

Let me tell you the best fish and chips in town. I find it much better then golden downtown or any other pubs who offer it in town. I get mine well done and the fish and chips are always crispy to perfection. They are very nice people and glad to support them. Once you try them, you will be back again for sure.

Had lunch here this week. I’d never eaten there before. The place came well recommended and I wasn’t disappointed. Good food well priced and courteous, friendly service.

Great place to go for a quick bite! Don't know why this place doesn't have more traffic because this place has really good food! We had the Haddock fish and chips and spring rolls and everything was made fresh to order. The fish was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. The house made tartar sauce is really nice and tart! Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Our crew went to Mum’s for lunch today and we’d all highly recommend going here if you’re looking for good fish & chips, at a fair price. The fish was crisp, portions were great, atmosphere was spotless and vibrant, coleslaw was fresh, and the tartare sauce was smooth. 10/10, will likely come again! Thank you very much for the meal!

Amazing! Food was so fresh! Ordered the Halibut and chips and Jerk Chicken Plate - sooo delicious! New favorite Fish place, better than Heritage in Brampton and the Jerk is on point with Portland Jerk in Brampton! Yay Acton for having such a top notch resto. Definitely recommend.

Great food, generous portions and nice staff My wife and I split the 2 piece haddock and my wife barely finished her fries The gravy was awesome as well First time eating here and we will be back.
