I actually eat at the food truck regularly. They offer soup with bannock, tacos with bannock, and multiple different burgers between beef, bison and elk. It has a family atmosphere, and good service. It is also very convenient for me because they often are parked at my workplace. Parking: Often parked in a large parking lot.

Had an amazing meal at The Bannock House! The burger was incredibly juicy, and the frybread was perfectly light and fluffy. Loved the home-style fries too. I’ll definitely be back for more if I spot their truck again.

My daughter and I love it here.. amazing customer service! Great good! We were even given a bag of bannock for free! I highly recommend The Bannock House.

We booked Schmitty's food truck as the midnight lunch for our wedding. We had all-you-can eat pulled pork and beef brisket tacos and they were delicious! The Schmitty's team was incredibly easy to work with and they were in and out of our wedding seamlessly. Everyone raved about the food and I am so happy we had them as a part of our big day! Highly recommend!

These guys catered a meal at our family reunion this summer. The perogies evaporated very fast! The brisket and chicken were amazing and the whole meal was a dream!

Schmitty's was awesome for our wedding. Everyone loved the food, they did a great job bussing tables and they were easy to work with in the planning phase.

When I saw that our company had booked this food truck for a visit I excitedly marked my calendar. When it arrived I was farther blown away than I ever expected! Their barbecue is out of this world delicious, and if they have the key lime pie available, you absolutely have to splurge. The staff is as friendly as they are efficient, and I am absolutely thrilled for the next time they bring out their truck!!!

We booked The Prairie Smoke and Spice crew for our corporate event this year in May. What an amazing meal they put together for us! Communication from the onset was top notch and the food was AMAZING!!! Thank you so much to the entire team, your work was much appreciated.

Saw the Pitmaster on Food Network and found out they were from our hometown. After doing more research and learning about all their awards and success, we knew they were the right ones for our wedding. Well, we were not disappointed! Our guests still rave about the incredible food. Rob, Joseph, and Devon were such a pleasure to deal with and their staff went above and beyond to make sure our friends and family were happy.
