5 Star Service from Erik at the Simcoe, ON, Brick location today! He went over and above for us and we so appreciate his knowledge and expertise in helping us make decisions. He is obviously very passionate about his job and it shows in the way he deals with all customers and staff. Highly recommend Erik and The Brick in Simcoe! You won’t be disappointed.

We were looking to purchase an upright freezer and Phil was awesome. Listened to what we wanted and found one. He doubled checked size with coworker. Explaining the extended warranty. One of the best sales person in a very long time. Definitely recommend for any of your furniture appliances etc..needs.

My husband and I had an amazing experience shopping at the Brick for a new couch and love seat. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way, and even helped us to secure a great deal on the set we purchased! Highly recommend.

LEON'S FURNITURE NORFOLK REVIEWS

Again the service was excellent. The Delivery fellows went out of thier way to again help me . They took my door off and a couple hand holders to get the new washer into the house and downstairs. They took off the shipping bolts and even helped me undo the hoses on the old one as i was not strong enough. I am a senior and really appreciated the help. God bless them. I found the guys were caring and polite and it was a pleasure dealing with these very nice hard working strong laborers. Thanks again.

Delivery guys were very cordial and very careful when setting things up where we wanted. They emailed first thing in the morning with approximate delivery times and they were right on the times. EXCELLENT service in both Simcoe and Woodstock showrooms and the 2 delivery men.We would recommend Leon's to anyone. Dennis & Diane.

Sales staff was knowledgeable and really helpful. Very happy with our purchases. The delivery was quick and the guys were very careful when bringing the items in the house. The couch is so nice. Colour and quality is amazing.

The delivery guys were courteous, professional and very pleasant. Will absolutely send everyone we know their way! If you are looking for good quality furniture and very professional assistance, I highly recommend Joseph's Furniture.

I'm off to select a living room sofa to match the two recliners I bought from Joseph's last fall. Very impressed with selection, location and excellent service from knowledgeable staff to capable courteous delivery staff. A great place to buy furniture. Lots of choice of made in Canada product.
