Best Furniture Stores in Norfolk

We have bought all our furniture at Leon's. In-store staff from salespeople to the payment area all are helpful and polite. The delivery people we have had, we always were happy with them. Always a hello, thank you, have a nice day.

I've rarely had the opportunity to have the help of such great staff in a store. Everyone is very friendly and clearly enjoy their jobs while making sure to find products that suit your needs and wants.

They let me switch an item purchased; but not yet delivered, due to an issue I had. Went on to buy a mattress & box spring I also needed with the remaining refund.

Wow. I was in the Brick looking to buy some things after I moved, which wasn’t what I was planning. Those lovely ladies at the back, Felicia and Mary Lou, are just amazing. They are so helpful, made me feel so much less stress about my move. I even saw how they interacted with other customers and it’s wonderful to see that the genuine, caring personality holds up for every customer that’s in the store. Those two ladies are a strong team in the back!

I came to the Brick in Simcoe to do some furniture shopping and pricing for when I move. Felicia was the absolute best to chat with, her energy lifts the whole store up while making big decisions like this. She gave me lots of super helpful information, pricing and a low down of how furniture shopping works. Now I have a great idea of how much I’ll be spending, what products will available and how long they will take to deliver or set up. This will definitely be where I come to get my house essentials. So happy there are loads of friendly faces in there.

I recently purchased 6 dining chairs to update the look of my 20 year old dining table. They coordinate well, are comfortable, great quality & an awesome price. I'm off to select a living room sofa to match the two recliners I bought from Joseph's last fall. Very impressed with selection, location and excellent service from knowledgeable staff to capable courteous delivery staff. A great place to buy furniture. Lots of choice of made in Canada product.

This place is a Gem!! If you are looking for quality furniture,this is where you should shop.I loved the atmosphere because it has the small town friendliness and a great selection.
