ENGRENAGE REVIEWS

A gym with a family atmosphere, both with the coaches and the other members! The foundational private lessons allow you to learn the different movements without pressure and ensure you understand them properly to minimize injuries. The personalized support from the coach provides motivation and consistency in your training, as they guide you through adjustments if there are injuries or discomforts. After one year of training, the weights I lift have doubled. All daily tasks are easier. If you're hesitant to go to conventional gyms, this is the place to progress and push your limits while benefiting from personalized support tailored to each individual's needs!.

I've been training here for seven months now and I love it! The atmosphere is motivating and the coaches are extremely competent. They take the time to teach us the correct technique first and foremost, which allows us to progress safely and avoid injuries. I also appreciate the diversity of the people who train here: all levels are welcome and the atmosphere is inclusive, motivating, and non-judgmental. I recommend this gym without hesitation! My best decision in years!.

It's already been a year of training with the amazing Marie-Camille on the Engrenage team. A team of professionals who push us and encourage us to become stronger and more resilient. Thank you coaches for your support, for listening, and for your invaluable advice!! We do all this while having fun!! Can't wait for tomorrow's training session.
