I'd give 10 stars if I could. I went to see the owner Amanda for a colour correction and she agreed to fix it even though there were leopard-like spots where the other stylist left it a mess. After Amanda did my hair, I was asked if I was wearing a wig it was so perfect. I was super stressed and had other issues that Amanda accommodated during my appointment. I can't say enough about how awesome she is. I will definitely be seeing her again for all my colour needs. She does a great cut too. Great salon and super friendly and understanding. Thanks again.

I was looking for a new stylist and after reading reviews I was thrilled to get an appointment with Maddi. She understood exactly what I was looking for and I’m beyond pleased with my cut and highlights! I also love that I can book my appointment online. 10/10 for service, quality and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

I had the BEST experience with Erika! She did a phenomenal job not only cutting and dying my hair but she made the experience pleasant! Coming into my first appointment i had explained that i had my hair botched by a former stylist at your whitehorse plaza location and she was so kind and explained the best way to fix my hair and she did it perfectly! She's so kind and compassionate and made me feel so comfortable! The same goes for when she did my baby balayage! She's a true gem of a human and her compassion really did go a long way with me and has uplifted my confidence! THANK YOU ERIKA!! I'll be back to see you!

Erika is truly amazing! I’ve been with her for a long time and she never disappoints! I went from red to blonde and it looks amazing! She used the products of Alcove. The shampoo brings out curls I never knew I had! & Erika is also the sweetest human! Love her!

My stylist was very professional, and did a fantastic job. Not just cutting my hair but going the extra and taking care of my stubble while taking her time. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely be going back to her.

Ladies, if you're looking for vivid hair colors, Lisa is your girl!! She is absolutely amazing!! This salon is so clean, spacious and has such a great vibe!! All the hair stylists are so friendly, and they take their time to make sure their clients leave happy!! I wish I knew about this place years ago!!! Lisa is my "Go to" now for sure!!!

Aside from her gentle and vibrant personality, she spent ample time trying to understand my goals for my hair, gave me great personalized hair care advice, and achieved a beautiful colour (and styling) that completely aligned with what I was hoping for :) thanks Taylor!
