White Water Walk is a quiet place to walk between several viewing platforms that position you right on the edge of the river. White Water Walk has a self-guided tour that provides many stories about the geography of Niagara. It is 20 meters to the gorge's base and the spectacular quarter-mile boardwalk along the shoreline. The elevator rides down to a tunnel and connecting boardwalk overlooking a large stretch of rapids. These platforms provide the best photo opportunities in the entire park. White Water Walk offers free admission for children age five and under.

Niagara Glen Nature Reserve is a conservation area situated along the Niagara Gorge's Canadian side close to the Niagara Whirlpool. Niagara Glen is one of the best nature reserves. A protected section of the Niagara Escarpment helps preserve nature. Niagara Glen Nature Reserve has overlooks of the whirlpool and gorge and several hiking trails through the Carolinian forest. It provides a vast range of refreshments and unique souvenirs for hikers. It provides a fun and exciting experience of suspended challenges and ziplines in the middle of nature.

Heartland Forest is a unique natural destination with a learning center in the Niagara Falls nature preserve. It is a registered charity committed to protecting nature, education on ensuring nature's survival and making nature available to everyone, even those with different abilities. Heartland Forest provides boardwalks, wheelchairs accessible trails. It is open to all ages and offers free admission. Heartland Forest also has tons of variety of wildlife here including birds, and turtles. You can easily spend an entire day here with access to the park or picnic tables.
