We did business with custom inspection for the inspection of our first acquisition (a triplex) in real estate and were very satisfied. From the first call, we were well served. Our inspector, Patrick, was very thorough, punctual and professional. Simple and clear explanations that are easy to understand for everyone. I was recommended their service by CAA, and I'm very pleased with the results. I had a moisture inspection that involved investigating my home's attic. The inspector was thorough, very courteous and considerate. The report provided is also really detailed and gives me an excellent idea of what my next steps should be to resolve my issues. Their service was more expensive than home inspections I have had in the past- however they were by far the most detailed and thorough I have experienced.
