Thanks for this opportunity. As usual, Andrew & his apprentice did a great job of hooking up our new pool heater to our existing propane tank. When completed, they did an actual physical test & it revealed an internal leak coming from a broken drain plug in the heat exchanger. As it has turned out, the drain plug in question was faulty right from the time of production & Raypak (the mfg.) shipped the heater to their dealers @ their dealers customers without a correction or parts report to prevent the heater from flooding and an very uncomfortable site situation. Raypak then turned around & sold a correction pkg. for $25.00 + HST that only added insult to the injury! What a mess and a large black reputation mark against Raypak & Pioneer Pools. There are additional details with Pioneer Pools yet to be corrected for disgraceful customer supply & response issues.

Being a new customer to Brooks Heating & Air, I was greatly impressed by their professionalism. Andrew the technician came to my home for maintenance on furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. He was very thorough and listened to my questions and carried everything out in a timely manner. Thank you Andrew. Frances on reception was very helpful and friendly. So glad I now have a reliable, knowledgeable company in Brooks Heating and Air.

Andrew has come a few times to service our pool heater and furnace. Each time we have received amazing customer service. He arrives promptly, and always done an excellent job explaining what is happening and helping us to understand our products and giving valuable advice. He goes above and beyond. Kyle came to our rescue today when Reliance didn't show up for a scheduled appointment to replace their leaking water heater yesterday. He got back to me right away and came out this morning to install a replacement tank which I own outright. He also handled the return of my old tank to Reliance. The installation looks excellent. Kyle and his helper did a great job. I can't thank him enough for helping us out last minute and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.

Was so speedy to come repair my air conditioning unit - responsive, on time, fixed it so quickly (needed a part replaced - it was clearly corroded). Price was totally fair as well and appreciated the quick pay system (online). I’m just super impressed. I would recommend him to anyone.

We gutted an old house and installed some new duct work. I'm really impressed with the quality of work the team did. I'm also grateful for the ideas to streamline the duct work layout to maximize ceiling height and efficiency. Much appreciated.

We had a new water heater installed today by Otto. He arrived on time, completed all work in a timely and efficient manner. All work was done carefully. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend his company! He also does our furnace and AC maintenance.

Otto was punctual and pleasant. He was able to find the issue and repair my air unit. Very happy with his service and advice. Strongly recommended him for his knowledge and honesty.

Always great service with these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and timely. I had an AC issue in this heat wave and they sent someone the same day to have it fixed. Highly recommend them.
