Installers were on time ( even a bit early, wow!!!). They were very polite, courteous and friendly. They are very professional as they explained everything they would be doing and even installed carpets and blankets so they leave the place clean when they go. They had all their material and did the job meticulously and explained all the features of the machines and the maintenance that needs to be done. Very, very good service installation and also very good communication with the saleswoman and the head office. Machines installed also leave a very good impression. Time will tell if they are reliable. All in all, an extremely good experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and quality product. It is a family business they are amazing at calling you back with any questions, and they installed a quality product that works very well, and we already saved hundreds of dollars in the first winter in energy costs. Especially, Darkyse in the office is amazing with clients, and Andreano amazing technician! Highly recommend.

Had our HVAC system replaced from oil to electric. No problems what so ever. Everyone was polite, work was done efficiently by Jamie and his apprentice, and they even came back for a free follow-up. Definitely recommend this company.

My original Mini-Split AC finally gave up two weeks ago after 21 years. After getting some quotations for a new Heat Pump, I decided to go with Stefanair, not only because of the product and price, but also the representative. He was professional, and too the point. Installation was promised the following week and the promise was kept The installers showed up on time, and were also very professional and pleasant. They put down floor protection, and also vacuumed up the tiny particles left behind from the old unit which they took away. I highly recomend this company for your HVAC!

Just installed my new furnace with heat pump10days ago, beginning with the salesperson to the installers very courteous and professional. The installation was done on time and work completed in one day. Very satisfied with the company and the product, would recommend SteFanAIr to family and friends.

We had a very good experience with this company. They explained all the government subsidies and guided us in the process. The installation was done on time and the staff is amazing. Special call out to Gabriel, who is very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I would definitely recommend them!
