Notre représentant a bien répondu à toutes nos questions et s'est déplacé à la maison pour une dernière vérification. Mike et Vincent ont installé notre thermopompe de façon très professionnelle ayant une belle expertise dans ce domaine. Ça vaut la peine de vous rendre sur place pour une petite visite. Nous vous les recommandons sans hésiter.

Excellent service technique de dépannage en pleine canicule par M. Slimane Kadri! J'ai appelé d'urgence et M. Kadri m'a rappelé 3 mn plus tard. En 10 mn par téléphone, mon problème fut réglé. Merci M. Kadri !

Everything was perfect. First we had a salesman who explained to us which one was the best option for our home and clarified our doubts and expectations. After we decided to move forward, the service dpt contacted us and one week later the technicians came to install. The installation service was done in 1 day, I’m very pleased because the next day another person came to fix the holes in the wall and even asked me the painting to finish it ! After couple weeks with the thermopompe I’m very happy is very silent and I saw a lil decrease on my Hydro-Québec consume.

Highly recommend this company for residential HVAC maintenance. They arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection, and left our system running like new. Great communication throughout the process.

Amazing service , very professional personnel. Definitely recommend! Thank you Eric for taking time to explain me how it works and the optimal way to use my system.

Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de l'installation de l'appareil mural (3 têtes) effectuée par Jérôme, William et Matthew. J'ai suivi l'installation du début à la fin des travaux et tout était conforme aux attentes. Jérôme m'a demandé de l'accompagner au début des travaux pour vérifier tous les emplacements (intérieur/extérieur) et s'assurer de répondre à toutes mes questions. Le processus de vente avec Dany était tout aussi adéquat.

Installation de 2 thermopompes avec 2 têtes individuelles, travail propre et professionnel, Ils ont tout nettoyer avant de quitter, l'installateur Adnnan m'a expliqué le fonctionnement en entier en étant simple dans ses exemples, je recommande fortement S.Air Fortier à tous... P.S, j'aimerais avoir le guide fonctionnement de la thermopompe Lenox en français svp.

Un grand merci à Fred et Patrick, nous sommes très satisfait de l'installation de la thermopompe centrale et des explications qu'ils nous ont donné.
