Everything about the team at Tom's is focused on excellence. Being a small business owner myself, I have an appreciation for the details being done well. From Ryan's initial assessment and personal demeanor to Terry's install, the experience was positive and super smooth. Tom's did everything they said they would, on budget and on time. The quality of work was superior to what I've seen in the industry. The details matter to the team at Tom's. When I arrived home, the job site was cleaned to perfection. Aside from the ice cold air conditioning in the home and the new AC unit, we would have never known they were there. I have high standards and don't often give 5-star reviews. In this case, it is well-deserved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom's to our Home Instead clients in the future. Nice job guys.

Just recently moved to Peterborough and had an issue with a leaking air conditioning unit at my new house. Called Tom's Heating and Cooling based on previous reviews. We discussed my issue and the plan. The service technician, Patrick, came over to address the leaking and do the annual maintenance. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely call Tom's again for my heating and cooling needs.

Absolutely great service, Tom himself came to diagnose the issue and knew exactly what the problem was. Same afternoon Pat came to replace the AC fan and was very knowledgeable and professional!! All around great experience and highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with our recent heat pump installation! Brad gave us a prompt quote, and the work was done on time. He pays attention to detail, and leaves the work area very tidy. We would definitely recommend Bryan's Heating and Air to anyone considering this type of work for their home. If we need any future work of this nature done, we will be calling Brad.

Brad showed up within a couple of hours on a Sunday morning to diagnose our AC issue. Unfortunately, we needed a new compressor. We opted to have the full condenser and evaporator coil replaced to minimize the risk of future failures. Brad provided excellent workmanship and customer service and completed the installation a couple of days later. We would definitely recommend Brad for your HVAC needs!

SEARCH NO FURTHER for premium HVAC installation/service. Excellent service, excellent work. I've had many contractors perform work for me in the past and Platinum Choice Heating & AC stood out as outstanding. Well experienced personnel who are meticulous, tidy, and the finished work is by far the best I've seen. Dominic was the lead installer with help from Tristan - very professional. Jake (owner) and Cameron as helper came back a few days later to complete installation of dryer vent routing work in a very difficult environment and I was absolutely blown away with the service - well above what I expected. Quality, clean and professional work. Highly recommend 6 star service.

We call Jake for all our heating and air conditioning needs, and we've been using this company for over 10 years. They always provide great and timely service. Jake does a great job of explaining what work is required and providing options. When our furnace required replacement in 2019, he installed a replacement quickly at a great price.

Every aspect of our experience was excellent. Everyone from Platinum were friendly, respectful and professional. Everything was done as per the original assessment and as quoted. There were no surprises or additional costs. The workmanship was perfect and all work sites were left as they were before they started and all waste and packaging were removed. I highly recommend Platinum Choice HVAC!
