My only regret is that I haven't done it earlier. I was slightly anxious about hypnotherapy. Helena offered a safe and relaxed environment with her expertise and guidance. I liked the fact that I was fully aware and present during the session. After being a smoker for over 40 years, i haven't smoked since the session 2 month ago. it has been surprisingly easy, the whole idea of smoking appearing as a very strange concept to me now. Beside the smoking cessation, the hypnotherapy session opened to many insights and better self-knowledge. Another side effect is the disappearance of a painful spot in the middle of my back that no chiropractors could help with. Thank you so much.
