Ubanna and her team worked tirelessly with us to ensure that every T was crossed and every I dotted. We had many setback throughout the process but it was not at their hands. Both ladies kept us level headed and did their best to ensure everything got back on track. I'm sure at some point it may have felt like we were hounding them but they always remained patient, understanding and reassuring. It was a very long process for us and we are glad it's finally over.
