TECH CARE PLUS-IT MANAGED SERVICES REVIEWS

Our clinic experienced a critical server failure, and despite our previous IT provider sending two technicians, they were unable to fix the issue. Since they did not provide after-hours support, we were left without a solution. Thankfully, we found Tech Care Plus. They arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got our server back up and running the same evening. Since then, they have also replaced some of our hardware and even provided complimentary cybersecurity awareness training for our staff on phishing attacks. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Tech Care Plus.
