When I wanted a new laptop, the people at ACT took the time to sit down with me to get information about why I wanted the laptop and what the primary use for it was going to be. They also asked about my budget and then took the time to do research for me as to the one that was going to best suit my needs. A few weeks later they got back to me saying that they had found one in my budget and that they had downloaded all the necessary programs for me. I went to pick it up and they gave me a tutorial on how to work the laptop. They were very patient and told me that if I had any other questions that I was free to call them and they would help. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a computer or who need to get one fixed. These gentlemen are wonderful and are always willing to help!

Computer was repaired within work cost estimate and only an unusual part order, delayed delivery time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I would recommend them for any computer repair jobs .

This is a great place. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Great service fees, too. Isaac went above and beyond, he's friendly and pleasant to deal with, and explained things in a way that was clear and not condescending (unlike some other computer specialists). Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere
