Participated in a seminar a few years back about their civic platforms and I have to say Avocette has some pretty intriguing technologies and a very engaged staff who are interested in ushering the very change governments need in modernizing service delivery. The customer service was also amazing and I look forward to seeing their platform in many jurisdictions in the future.
