“Il Corsaro Pasta Bar restaurant was opened by Rino and Lina Tessuti on Commercial Drive in Vancouver in 1977. Their son, Giovanni, has taken over operations as owner and chef of the restaurant and is maintaining the quality and taste of traditional food that Rino and Lina started 30 years ago. The owner takes great pride in cooking good food and treating customers well, which shows. They specialize and excel in making pasta and everything that comes with it. They provide a wide range of cocktail menus. The restaurant is open for dine-in and takeout options.

PALIOTTI'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT MAPLE RIDGE REVIEWS

The formerly bold gives way to bland. This place was something to be adored in its heyday but times have changed. Their cream sauce was watery and devoid of flavour, the bread spent too much time in the oven, and my Chicken Parm was tough and dry. It’s a shame to see the decline in quality, especially from a place you want to root for. For the prices they’re charging they really need to go back to their roots and focus on what made them special in the first place, quality food.

The Mussels were delicious, and the seafood pasta was decently good. Food arrived fast, customer service was excellent and attentive. Cozy inside too. Vegetarian options: They did offer vegetarian options on their menu.

10 out of 10. Paliotti's is like stepping back in time. Great food that hasn't changed. Great atmosphere that has stayed the same. Great service. Highly recommend.

Food was mouthwatering, packed full of flavour and authentic tasting in every bite, and so worth the visit. Full servings! Servers were personable and helped make the experience what it was. Authentic feel for atmosphere and decor. Had too long of a wait for our meals though - grateful we had a few appetizers to tie us over. Gave only 4 stars for the long wait, but otherwise deserves a 5 Would still highly recommend.

We went here for our anniversary and had a great time! The waitress was very friendly, the food was super tasty and the atmosphere was perfect. Would recommend for a special night out.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner here. Words cannot describe the awesome experience we had! The service was great and the food was delicious! Would recommend highly.

Amazing service, atmosphere and food. The owner was our server as well as the cook. Love the small, family feeling of it. Both our pastas were amazing. But by far the best part was the tiramisu……the best I have ver had!!! A must try! Will definitely be our go to from now on. I only wished that they served crackers with their charcuterie plat.

Always an exceptional meal with wonderful service. My favourite spaghettini with mussels and prawns along with their homemade Tiramisu for dessert is always a treat. Relaxing atmosphere and exceptional staff made for a great evening.Thank you!.
