“SOTO Teppanyaki and Fusion Sushi offers a stylish Japanese & Sushi fusion menu, including fruity rolls and Thai curries. The restaurant is located at the Gateway Power Centre. The interior design of the eatery is impressive, offering a friendly dining experience. Their spicy Soto roll is made with shrimp or chicken, carrots, cucumbers and lettuce; it is wrapped in transparent rice paper and served with Hoisin peanut sauce. Try their Tempura, a Japanese specialty of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep-fried. One of their yummy sashimi is usually eaten with soy sauce and wasabi, with gari (marinated ginger slices) to cleanse the palate between servings. If you want Maki cones, it is a sushi roll by hand, forming into a cone shape. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. They accept reservations in advance for groups of 7 people or more.”

Very good sushi. The atmosphere is amazing, down to the simplest decoration. They have a huge menu but it is very easy to navigate. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese meal this is about as close as you can get anywhere in Canada.

Was very busy took a while to be seated and to have our order taken. But after the rish calmed down was a good experience.

The best sushi in Grande Prairie hands down. As authentic as you can get it so far from the ocean. Highly recommend, one of my favourite spots.

SOTO TEPPANYAKI AND FUSION SUSHI REVIEWS

Grande Prairie has an amazing selection of Asian Restaurants, and this is definitely one of the top. Great sushi options for those who enjoy it. The Yakisoba is definitely a win for those who don't like sushi. The Staff members are super polite and it's always an amazing treat to watch the cook.

We have been customers of Soto for years and it has always been consistently great! It’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant. Whether we go for a lunch date or get takeout the food and service is always top notch. Always accommodating and friendly service. They remember us and if my daughter isn’t with me they ask about her, which is so sweet :).

My favorite place in Grande Prairie to have bento, sushi and maki rolls. Amazing food, I’ll visit there again definitely.

Best miso soup in town is here, so you know the rest of the food is amazing as well. Ive been here several times and haven't been disappointed by any of the appetizers, particularly the Takoyaki and the Crispy Tofu, and any of the main dishes that I have had, be it with noodles or rice or pork or beef has all been enjoyable as well.

Everything about this place is amazing, it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in Canada and easily the best ramen in the area. You can tell everything is made in house and there’s a lot of care that goes into it. Everything is worth the price.

A real gem for Japanese and Korean food! The broth was very well made, and the ramen noodle was cooked perfectly. We also received very friendly services, it is definitely worth a visit when you are in the area.
