The place is really cute and relaxing once inside. Parking is a bit tough but once you're inside, it's a good time. The drinks we got were made fast and they were delicious. As the weather gets warmer, try the iced beverages and I'm sure you'll be happy. Parking: Limited number of parking spots shared with other businesses.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. All the drinks we tried were great quality and absolutely delicious! AND, unlike another nearby bubble tea location, the staff here fully respect health exemptions and do not discriminate against their customers. This is now the only place we will go for bubble tea.

This place is good for brown sugar pearl milk tea and has egg pudding as a topping (not all places do). They also have some neat Jasmine teas etc.

The Pangoa bowl was excellent! They had run out of cilantro and substituted green onion, and had forgotten to add the avocado. Yum though! Must try! It is a slightly sweet bowl because of the tiny amount of bbq sauce in it, and it has a hint of spiciness. My only wish is that it would have less corn and more green onions and tomatoes. The bowl is huge; I saved some for a small meal later. Freshii has a similar feel to Subway.

The Custom Bowls is my only way of eating here. But by the time I add everything I want into it, it's a relatively expensive bowl for $17. Tastes great and very healthy though. Just too expensive for quantity received.

Menu has many options, from wraps, to salads, bowls, juices etc. I personalized my bowl (awesome option, ask staff). The ingredients were very fresh and it just makes you happy to eat it! Clean place with quite some seats and friendly staff.
