At night there's a very kind and friendly young man that works at this location. He's very fast and just gives off good vibes and energy. He always writes nice little messages on the lids. He's an amazing employee and I can see he has a lot of good reviews specifically referring to him.

Good vibes from the evening worker, made my day to get this little message. Smoothie was soooo good as usual. I love their selections.

If you are ever present in the upper canada mall and are in need of refreshments be sure to go to this freshly squeezed and ask for the one and only Alanna Brown!!!! She will make a killer smoothie like you’ve never had before!!!! Unbelievably refreshing drinks and awesome customer service.

Had an experience, and was rectified by the owner. I am impressed of the response and kindness. Thank you. Over-all the place is clean, and great drinks. I do recommend.

The caramel coffee with tapioca is amazing. The staff is friendly and fast at making the drinks.

First time going to this lovely establishment. I enjoyed a delicious Taro milk tea, though there are loads of intriguing options and ways to customize your bubble tea. The service was polite and efficient, and the shop has a nice minimalist interior. I'll certainly be back. Thank you.

Anna made the best pearl milk tea. Her service was excellent and was super nice. I think her special ingredient is the love she puts in the drinks.

Great customer service with a plethora of drink options to choose from.
