GBK has been my mortgage broker for over 10 years by now. I found their service to be second to none, and it consistently exceeds expectations. Their outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge, and connections in the industry allows GBK to find solutions even for non-standard and complex situations, which helps customers like me save money and improve financial standing. You can always rely on their team to be responsive while paying attention to details, which takes pressure off the customer while navigating the process of mortgage renewal and general financing procedures. We were searching for an experienced mortgage broker to help us refinance our existing mortgage maturing in a couple months. We are retired with my husband working seasonally. NORA was able to consolidate our debts and get a mortgage for us when it was near impossible to qualify. Not only that she was able to get an excellent interest rate that was better than any other offers we had from banks and 'B' lenders. Nora showed compassion for our situation and was very responsive and available to us..Evert step of the process, being seniors, and not computer savvy, she was very patient with us and walked us through the process right to the end. Nora was our Miracle answered for us when we felt our backs were against the wall and helping us to stay in our home and not have to sell and move in such a volatile market.
