Me Durocher offers excellent service. I did business with him for the purchase of a condo even though I had a more complicated file than the norm. In addition, I had problems with the bank at the very last minute and he was able to handle the situation without problem. He was very thorough throughout the process and even worked overtime to ensure that my file was resolved flawlessly. We see that his team works very hard. I recommend to anyone.

We needed the services of Me Simon Durocher on two occasions this year and in both cases, we were completely satisfied. A competent notary with affordable rates. He answered all the questions we had in addition to informing us on several aspects that we had not thought about. Without forgetting Catherine who was always friendly and competent.
