I’ve had wonderful experiences with Ross at Pearle Vision over the years. He always goes above and beyond to show that he really cares and he also really knows his stuff. It feels like visiting a friends place each time I go. I would highly recommend Pearle to anyone over any other eyeglass specialist because of the personal touches and wisdom Ross has, not to mention a great eye for style and the latest fashions. A great overall expert and guide to walk you through the process for all your optical needs. Tinted lenses? Colour? Style? Shape? Great pricing? I got a fantastic pair of blue polo Ralph Lauren frames with yellow decal that are just right for me. A++

Love pearl vision, great selection of frames, prompt and courteous service from employees and an all around pleasant experience. Employees very professional and knowledgeable of their products. Truly love my new glasses, will definitely return to pearl vision for all my eyeglass needs!

A few months ago, I stopped in to pick out new frames since letting my hair go white. Ben was so helpful and with much patience on his part, we finally found the perfect ones. Had a few problems with the frames and on the second visit I spoke to Lisa and she explained that if the problem couldn't be resolved, I could pick out a different frame as it had a one year warranty. Ben came up with a solution and when I returned they fit perfectly. What a pleasure dealing with both Ben and Lisa. Great service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ben is totally awesome. I would not go anywhere else but to him for my glasses. He is totally committed to his job and his customer service is above normal for sure. If he treats all his customers as he does myself then he is a valued asset to the company for sure. His service is fast and he is always on the ball. He earns a 5 star from me very easily. By the looks of the great reviews he is super good to all his customers.

Had great service when this office was Hakim Optical. Ordered glasses for my husband. We were excited that they came in speedy quick just in time for our big vacation. They are awesome.
