Amazing customer experience. Dr. Rath is so friendly and explains everything in easy to understand terms. He answers all questions and really eases the uncertainty. I have family history of macular degeneration and it's comforting to know that I have nothing to worry about. The optical assistants are also amazing! I picked new frames and they explained all the lens options. My glasses were ready in 1 week!!! Then, I did an exchange on the frames and changed the lens without any hesitation or problem. No extra fees or charges. The 2nd pair arrived within 1 week also. Such awesome service. Highly recommend!!

I took my daughter with me for her first eye exam since I had my routine checkup set up. The entire staff and doctors were so amazing to my daughter for her first time and even let her bring one of their little decorative glass gem home as a gift . Everyone was so friendly and great and want to thank Jillian alone for letting my daughter see all the tests get done on me first and explain everything that goes on and what they’re for, and even checked up on her after seeing the doctor to see how it went. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to take their children for any eye exams or glasses. Great experience !

Amazing experience here while my grandmother was at her appointment. An employee named Curtis helped out my siblings and I, and did his best to make us comfortable during the appointment. 10/10 employee.
