This is Dr. Zarkadas in response to the last reviewer. I would encourage you to reach out to my office to discuss your experience and reported poor outcome. Typically mid-shaft humeral fractures are treated non-operatively and reasonably seen within 2 weeks if not significantly displaced. Especially ones with less than 20 degrees of angulation, even despite what the Korean surgeon may have told you. I’m surprised you are having pain after your fracture healed and again welcome you back into my practice to discuss your outcome and if I can help you in any way.

10 STARS for this surgeon! I had a freak ski accident in April resulting in a pilon fracture (serious) which involved both tibia and fibula close to the articulating joint. Both Whistler clinic and Dr. Zarkadas could not predict a very good outcome for me (67 yr old ski instructor) The surgery team was fantastic and my ORIFsurgery was completed under local anesthetic. I crutched out of the hospital 3 hours after surgery and was only on pain meds for 2 days. 5 months later I was back to tennis and biking 70 km a day. I have started light jogging and i begin another season of ski instructing at Whistler next week. Thank you, Thank you, THANK. YOU for giving me my life back! Anyone who is lucky enough to get this skilled surgeon is in good hands.

Dr. Zarkadas did an ACL reconstruction surgery on my right knee. I thought I would be down and out for at least 6 months to a year. Ten days after surgery I was walking without crutches, a cane or a brace. I haven’t needed to take anything for pain after 10 days as well. I just had a follow up appointment with him 7.5 weeks after surgery and I don’t need to see him again! He’s amazing. I highly recommend him.

I can't express enough how amazing Dr.Sidky is! My first meeting and experience with him instantly gave me the impression and feeling that I was in great hands. He is very professional, real and straight to the point yet is also very approachable, empathetic and understanding. He took the time to ensure I had complete clarity and understood everything being told to me. He gave me a realistic timeline and actually facilitated my procedure ahead of schedule much to my relief. His secretary is amazing, always replying to my messages promptly with very well organized and complete information. I never once was given reason to doubt his skill and abilities and I had complete faith and trust in him from day 1. I feel lucky to have been referred to him and have absolutely no hesitation providing the highest level of reference and recommendation. I researched many patient testimonials without finding a single negative comment about his professionalism, skill and character. I had my right hip replaced early December 2021 and have no regrets other than not having it done sooner. Good luck with your own personal situation, If you have the choice or option to be a patient of his, I highly recommend it!

Dr Sidke plated and unplated my clavicle. He is fast and efficient with his patients. A very focused surgeon. I have had many compliments on my post recovery and minimal scar despite being opened up twice.

Dr. Sidky has replaced both my knees over the last 2 years. Always got good treatment. Recovery has been quick. Was glad he did the surgery.

Dr Nadeau is amazing. He has been my Dr for 2 full knee replacements. He is kind and down to earth. He listens to you and cares. His staff are top notch as well. Many other Dr's could learn alot from this Dr. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Nadeau for a fractured proximal humerus which did not require surgery thankfully. Dr Nadeau was so reassuring with my prognosis. When I was worried about unexpected pain during my healing process he took the time to see me in person and do additional X-rays to alleviate my concerns (all was fine, just as he’d predicted). His assistant Tami is soooo nice too. Great experience!
