First time getting glasses, and the whole staff was awesome. Eye exam was easy peasy and then I got to meet Leanne. She helped me pick out frames, and stayed with me for over 20 minutes. Once the frames were picked she went over the lenses, cost and warranty. Leanne is a true pro and deserves props for her outstanding customer service!!.

I had a fantastic experience today at the Optical Studio! Excellent customer service!! Things were explained in detail and they took great care of me from start to finish!! Thank you!! I will definitely be back no doubt about that!!.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff making time to help all customers with any and all questions and concerns. Smooth operation with everyone knowing their roles. Eye tests are quick, painless and extremely accurate.

This was the best eye exam I’ve ever had! Found out my prior prescription was not right …. Got my prescription revised. Eye exam was very thorough and I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience .

The staff at the place I visited were extremely friendly. I had to go there for an emergency appointment, and they were very accommodating, considering my situation. Additionally, the doctor was exceptionally kind and pleasant.
