Late sending this review, I booked an appointment for my 15yr old Daughter a few months ago & the service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We went for the appointment & were told to expect a two week wait or so for glasses, they did some magic & about 45min after our visit while having breakfast we received a call to come back as they were ready! My Daughter was thrilled with this news... Highly recommend.

I have been using FYI, doctors for quite a few years and have always been pleased with the eyecare professionals as well as eyeglasses. I have purchased. Again this year they did not disappoint. I’d like to give a shout out to.(I hope I got her name right) Genevieve that helped me choose my glasses. Very professional and very pleasant personality. Thank you FYI for the great service once again.

I have required my eyes assessed urgently in recent months and they brought me in at the end of their day to alleviate my concerns . Dr Serge Richard is very thorough and never rushes you answering all of your questions. His assistant Paula is a very kind soul and answers any questions you may have with empathy .Thanks for all you do.

Always have excellent and knowledgeable service from Dr. Landry! She is very friendly and warm and explains everything she does. She listens carefully and doesn't feel rushed. I've been seeing her for a few years and love her!

Friendly staff, actually cared about my eye health and went into my history to make sure I was fine. Glasses selection was excellent, and they actually tried to save me some money on the purchase. Couldn't have asked for better!

I broke my glasses two years ago, and I had the chance to go to Vision Plus to change them, been there two times after that. The staff are very professional, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
