Nous tenons à remercier sincèrement Sébastien V de Terminix pour son aide précieuse avec notre problème de chauve-souris. À chaque visite, Sébastien a cherché sans relâche pour trouver l'animal. Sans lui, nous ne saurions pas quoi faire. Il a installé des filets et des pièges et a finalement réussi à trouver la chauve-souris vivante après quelques jours. Sébastien est très professionnel et nous sommes très reconnaissants pour son excellent travail. Nous le recommandons fortement!

J’ai appelé terminix pour un problème de guêpes, Sebastien Valiquette est venu nous régler ça rapidement! Efficace et professionnel, je recommande assurément

Service personnalisé, j'ai eu des problèmes de fourmis pendant plusieurs années rt contrairement à Cameron, j'ai eu droit à un vrai service personnalisé. As pris le temps de faire le tour du domicile, d'identifier les problématiques. Bref au bout de deux traitements, on a pu en venir à bout. Milles fois merci.

Excellent service de Dany, très professionnel il donne de bons conseils et il prend le temps d’expliquer et de répondre à nos questions. Je le recommande vraiment et je n’hésiterai pas à reprendre ses services au besoin!

Service rapide et professionnel, je peux enfin dormir tranquille. C'est la première fois que je fais affaire à un service d'extermination et je suis super satisfaite. Mon seul regret: j'aurais du vous appeler avant!

Réponse très rapide. Service courtois et très professionnel. Mon fils venait tout juste d'emménager dans un logement infesté de puces. Nous étions découragés! Le monsieur de Solution Cimex s'est déplacé en moins de 48 heures pour le traitement. Il nous a expliqué ce qu'il fallait faire et nous a beaucoup rassurés. Il est revenu comme convenu pour le 2e traitement 3 semaines plus tard. Il nous a même aidés en contactant lui-même le propriétaire - qui refusait de payer - pour lui expliquer la situation et lui confirmer l'infestation de puces. Grâce à lui, le propriétaire a pris en charge les frais. Honnêtement, il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas eu un aussi bon service à la clientèle! Vraiment un service supérieur! Merci!

Sont venu rapidement, excellent service client, très sympathique, m'ont bien expliqué le traitement et son fonctionnement pour que je puisse comprendre en détail comment mon problème allait être réglé. Ils m'ont même expliqué que mon proprio devait payer pour le traitement alors que mon proprio m'avait dit que non, je n'ai pas eu à payer finalement
