Today was beyond sick and defeated. I had lost my voice and could not properly thank the pharmacist and the team today so I hope this makes up for what I couldn’t say. The pharmacist was soo patient. I could barely function and she had tons of people but she was kind and understanding. I needed a drug that any other pharmacy could only provide in pill format and not only did they have another option for me but she went further to customize it even more than required because she knew this choice would give me a better experience and cause me less pain. I can’t thank her enough for being so caring and thoughtful.

The people that work here are amazing. The pharmacists go above and beyond and take the time to speak with you, or research and give great advice. I started going to them in July/20 when I moved to Orillia and I will never go to another pharmacy. Bravo to all the staff.

Excellent service, great experience and staff, a fantastic neighborhood pharmacy!!

I go here every week to see the doctor and got my medication and although this Clinic has a wait time and its own problems it is worth it for the service when you are done with the doctor and you get to see Lindsey and get your medication and what you came for and leave. This girl really knows what she's doing. So if you are not picky and want to be treated like a human by the staff which might not happen at other places in town for the same thing then come here for the humanity.

My experience with this pharmacy has always been helpful and professional. The staff make the dispensary great. Lynsey (I hope I spelt it correctly) you are always curtious and your personality always brightens my day. Thanks for all the help, it doesn't go unnoticed. Great job everyone. ???? If there were more stars to rate, I would.

Have taken my prescriptions here for years. Small dispensary only so the techs and pharmacists get to know you. I no longer have to say 'with a B as in banana". :D Always kind and helpful.

Fantastic Experience! If you ever need assistance in the beauty department, ask for Deborah - I went in the other night looking for foundation and she spent the time with me finding the exact product in the perfect shade for my skin tone. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received from this individual and I HIGHLY recommend requesting her assistance if you need any items in the beauty department.

Such a great experience I’ve had in cosmetic department. Nicole in beauty boutique helped me to find right products for my skincare. in addition, she helped me to find products I needed even in different isles other than beauty boutique.

Just purchased some items from this store. I want the thank all the staff who dealt with me. You all are the people whom a customer loves dealing with. Superb customer service and patience were displayed while answering my questions. God bless.
