My landords using Janssen Property Management when they are gone. They responded quickly to any problems I or other tenants had and made sure things got fixed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!

Very good at responding to any of my questions and concerns. Super friendly and welcoming to work with. Answered questions I didn’t even know I had to ask. Would deal with them as much as possible.

Great friendly staff havent had an issue, very helping and quick to help if anything comes up. Would recommend to anyone. Been a tenant for a few years now, their always friendly.

Pargon property management company was helping me to manage one of my property. Two members of the team especially Corrine and Sarah are so helpfull to run my businesses, especially in the selling time. But personally I dont have a good experience with one of the office staff ( dont want mention her name here ), she charged me necessarily several times but when ever I request Corrine to involve,it resloved. But I like to recommend them, If anyone looking for a property management company in the Chatham-Kent area.

I’ve had several dealings with paragon property management & maintenance in Chatham-Kent. Property management is likely one of the most challenging services to provide both privately , and to the public sector. The staff at paragon are receptive to your needs, and provide exceptional service along the way. Paragon has worked very hard to put together a great team of professionals who take great pride in their business dealings. If you want a team you can trust with your assets, paragon property management is the right call to make.

Jill helped show us a few apartments and was amazing!!! She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. She is very professional and friendly. It was a joy each time we went for a viewing. She is a very easy person to talk to and very caring. She made a huge difference in the stress of looking for a new home.
