I have been working for a lot of management companies as an electrician. I am finding that Colosseum Property is one of the better ones. They are very solid and knowledgeable. They value complexes money and always make sure that they get the quote of budget for work so their is no surprises or unexpected extras. We love them because not only are they demanding and very professional but always pay on time when job is properly done. They are not scared to point to the mistakes we make or miss on something. We love that because they are very straight forward. I hope for a long relation with them and I am happy for the complexes for getting the value for their money. Great company. So far haven't had any issues with this leasing agent. As a young adult living in the downtown area, they've been very professional as to dealing with appliance issues and very quick to answer any questions, basic or complicated. If you know you're a good tenant and looking for a well developed landlord, I'd recommend Rob!

Outstanding. Rob and team managed my rental property for over 10 years, and it was great. No issues at all the whole time, and they found quality tenants whenever it was available. I couldn't say enough good things about them. All I had to do was watch the rent come into my account each month.

Wow! We are very impressed. My husband and I went through the rental application process which was awesome. A very simple online process. Any questions we have had have been answered promptly by Rob or Fanny. The app after approval is an added, convenient bonus!
